🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a fast-paced warehouse; at least 6 months in a lead or similar role.
- Equipment Certified: forklift, pallet jack, order picker, reach truck.
- Know how to pick, pack, receive, restock, and ship.
- Team player who communicates clearly and helps teammates.
- Stand/walk 10-12 hours; lift up to 20 lbs; tolerate noise and temperature changes.
- Speak and read English; follow safety rules and stay focused.
