Manage a team of Brand Managers.
Serve as liaison between partners and Pattern’s logistics teams.
Oversee onboarding of partners into Pattern’s 3PL systems (Amazon/Walmart/Shopify).
Design and implement processes to support growth and streamline fulfillment.
Monitor account health: inventory flow, shipping accuracy, fulfillment speed.
Analyze logistics data and provide actionable insights to partners.

🎯 Requirements

Management experience leading a team.
Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong Excel and Google Drive for data analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-driven, organized with high attention to detail.
Willingness to travel out of state occasionally.
