Liaise between partners and Pattern's logistics teams to ensure seamless fulfillment.
Oversee onboarding of new partners into Pattern’s 3PL systems across platforms.
Develop plans to increase operational efficiency and maximize account potential.
Design and implement processes to support growth and goods flow.
Collaborate with leadership and logistics to improve Pattern’s 3PL offerings.
Resolve complex requests from 3PL partners.

🎯 Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Technical Skills: Strong Excel and Google Drive for data analysis.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Mindset: Self-driven, organized, proactive, detail-oriented.
Mobility: Willingness to travel out of state occasionally.
Preferred: 3PL/logistics experience; Amazon FBA/FBM; process improvement.
