We’re partnering with a national business that’s building out its e-commerce capability and elevating how its brand shows up online.
They’re looking for a Midweight Digital Designer who can bring consistency, creativity, and commercial thinking to everything from email and web design to campaign assets and sales materials.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll own projects end-to-end - shaping digital creative that looks great and performs well. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales teams, interpreting briefs, improving visual standards, and helping the brand stand out in a competitive market.
This business sits at the intersection of manufacturing, supply, and digital commerce — a trusted name with national reach that’s evolving fast.
They’re expanding their online platform, modernising how customers engage with their products, and investing in design as a key part of that transformation. It’s a down-to-earth environment where creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand — and where you can help define how a well-known brand shows up in the digital space.
Design and deliver digital assets across email, web, and social.
Create campaign creative for product launches, promotions, and customer communications.
Support internal and sales teams with well-branded collateral and presentations.
Apply and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across every touchpoint.
Collaborate with marketing and commercial stakeholders to bring ideas to life efficiently and effectively.
Minimum four years’ experience in digital design, ideally within an e-commerce or marketing-led business.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or Figma).
Understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design principles.
Comfortable working across both digital and light print formats.
A portfolio that shows balance - creativity paired with commercial impact.
Clear communication skills and confidence interpreting briefs from non-design stakeholders.
You enjoy variety — working across digital campaigns, email, and internal brand projects.
You care about brand consistency and the details that make creative feel professional.
You like being part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas are heard and your work has visibility.
You prefer narrow specialisation or pure production work with little creative input.
You’re looking for a large-agency environment with layers of process and hierarchy.
You’ll be joining a business that’s investing in digital design, marketing, and customer experience — not maintaining the status quo. The team is collaborative, outcomes-focused, and open to new ideas.
If you’re ready to take ownership of your work and see your designs make an immediate impact, this is an opportunity to do just that.
