π― Requirements
- 1-3 years experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar
- Ability to work under high pressure and troubleshoot with time management
- Willingness to work unconventional hours as needed
- API implementation and debugging
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
