At Frontify, our Customer Success team partners with customers to understand their goals, onboard them smoothly, and guide them toward long-term value. Whether your strength is strategic account management, onboarding, or customer education, we’d love to get to know you.

What You Might Do:

- Build trusted relationships with customers and act as their advocate

- Help customers realize measurable impact using our platform

- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape a great customer experience

- Identify opportunities to grow adoption and retention

Who You Are:

- You enjoy solving problems and simplifying complexity for others

- You have experience in SaaS, client success, or account management

- You’re empathetic, proactive, and love collaborating across teams
