- Own the technical strategy, architecture, and evolution of the Design System.
- Define the DS roadmap, principles, governance model, and maturity targets.
- Design migration and integration strategies (versioning, backward compatibility, deprecations).
- Establish and evolve the DS adoption framework by defining success metrics and usage data.
- Ensure consistency, scalability, interoperability, and measurable adoption across teams.
- Act as the technical authority for frontend and Design System standards across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years building frontend apps with TypeScript & React; led a Design System.
- Architect scalable component libraries with clear API design and maintainability.
- Deep knowledge of CSS architecture, design tokens, theming, and styling.
- Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG/ARIA) and building accessible components.
- Hands-on tooling: Vite/Webpack/Rspack, package management, and monorepos.
- Experience setting up CI/CD for libraries, semantic versioning, and release processes.
