- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA) and applying them in reusable components.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience designing or building AI-native developer tools or agent-based systems.
- Track record contributing to large-scale design systems or platform teams in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluating AI outputs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tooling that supports scalable design system distribution.
- Strong testing strategies for UI systems and component libraries.
