Frontend Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain our core design system with architecture and governance
• Own web app architecture, SSR, tooling, and frontend CI/CD
• Improve performance and reliability across all web surfaces
• Develop scalable, reusable frontend components and frameworks
• Set best practices for accessibility, performance, localization, and responsiveness
• Build web-layer experimentation infrastructure for A/B testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend or full-stack engineering, focused on platform teams
• Experience building and scaling design systems or component libraries
• Modern frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, CSS systems
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development workflows
• Strong web performance knowledge (Core Web Vitals, caching, bundle optimization) and observability
• Experience with experimentation frameworks or feature flags
