Build and maintain HTML/CSS email templates for large campaigns
Build lightweight marketing pages using Marketo syntax
Support migration to a modern stack: Next.js/Tailwind frontend; Python/FastAPI backend
Build and maintain Python/FastAPI backend services including Marketo integrations
Support Redis-based workers/pipelines and queue tooling (BullQ, Celery)
Operate within AWS as the primary cloud environment

🎯 Requirements

4+ years engineering experience (frontend and/or full-stack)
Strong Next.js and Tailwind experience
Python and FastAPI backend experience
Working knowledge of SQL databases; PostgreSQL preferred
Redis and job/queue tools (BullQ, Celery)
B2 English level is required
