  • Greet clients, partners, and visitors; act as company ambassador
  • Deliver excellent front desk and office support for guests and staff

  • Handle mail, shipping, deliveries; provide admin support

🎯 Requirements

  • Must work in office daily 8 AM–5 PM and front desk availability
  • Prior customer service/front office experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Google Suite (Sheets/Slides/Docs), email, and calendar management; Canva; MS Office
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and adapt to changing environments; multitask
