Partner with design, product, and engineering to develop and evolve our design system
Collaborate with PMs and engineers to align requirements and sequencing
Document patterns and drive adoption of shared systems across teams
Own and define our frontend process as the first design engineer
Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces
Design and implement UI interactions and micro-interactions for clarity and usability

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React experience
Startup mindset with ownership, urgency, pragmatism
Experience in a fast-paced, frequent deployment environment
Strong understanding of interaction patterns, responsive layouts, accessibility
Proficient in Figma
Up-to-date on modern tools and workflows (Cursor, Vercel, etc.)
