Front Desk Concierge

📋 Description

• Create positive, memorable interactions at the lobby and front desk.
• Proactively greet guests at the lobby and exterior; identify needs.
• Monitor lobby traffic and direct guests to minimize wait times.
• Resolve guest concerns as they arrive on site.
• Promote building amenities enthusiastically.
• Maintain knowledge of groups and events onsite.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in door staff, receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Illinois PERC.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and meet physical job requirements.
