📋 Description

• Develop and execute plans to optimize patient access to products.
• Serve as in-house expert on authorization processes.
• Ensure access activities comply with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and stakeholders.
• Manage institutional pharmacies to ensure access.
• Use data tools to assess access and reimbursement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree a plus
• 5-8 years Biotech/Pharma experience
• Cardiology, oncology or rare disease experience preferred
• Experience in market access, patient access or patient services
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Travel 60%
