We provide a layer of data governance to make current web analytics tools HIPAA-compliant. For analytics, our customers can continue getting the insights they need to improve the patient experience. For marketing, Freshpaint safeguards health information while helping our customers promote access to care through popular advertising platforms like Facebook, Google, and others.
In short, we help healthcare marketers promote access to care and safeguard patient privacy at the same time. This is an important, complex problem in a massive market (healthcare is 20% of the US GDP).

We’re fully remote. If you strongly value in-person work, Freshpaint is likely not the best fit for you. Even though we don’t care where you’re located, we only hire within the US. Many of our team is concentrated in various metro areas like SF or NYC. To balance out our remote-ness, we gather the team 2x times per year for offsites. Freshpaint was founded by web analytics veterans who realized how hard it was for highly regulated companies to collect and use customer data in a compliant way. We are looking for a Head of Content Marketing to own & scale Freshpaint’s content strategy and execution. This person will transform our existing content program into a scalable, high-leverage engine that fuels the entire go-to-market motion—from awareness to pipeline to revenue.
You will be responsible for building content systems and processes that tell our market the Freshpaint story, and systematize how we distribute and measure the impact of content as we continue our world-class growth trajectory.
This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled content at a fast-growth B2B SaaS company through the $100M ARR stage.
Define/own the content strategy and the execution of that strategy across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer expansion).
Lead a content team of 3 existing team members and scale capacity
Build and maintain measurement frameworks to track content performance and ROI.
Own the operational framework to continually execute against the content strategy and meet the needs of the business as we hit new levels of growth.
Partner closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales to align content with pipeline and revenue goals and prioritize production.
Strategic content leader with 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including leadership roles at growth-stage startups.
Demonstrated success scaling a content program as the company grows up to $100M+ ARR.
Strong business acumen—marketer first, writer second. You think of content through the lens of distribution, pipeline, revenue, and customer lifecycle impact.
Experience leading content beyond top-of-funnel education: case studies, product enablement, sales assets, customer expansion content.
Proven ability to implement systems and processes for scale—intake, prioritization, measurement, and self-service enablement.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Demand Gen, Sales, and Product Marketing.
