Role Overview

As part of our growing finance team, we are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Specialist to support key financial operations at Fresha.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with our finance team to support operational excellence and contribute to the success of our global business.

To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from the office five days a week. Warsaw, Poland. Office address: Central Tower, Aleje Jerozolimskie 81, 02-001, Warszawa.

Your responsibilities:

Liaise with external accounting and audit service providers to maintain compliance and operational excellence

Oversee tax month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement automation for efficiency

Coordinate financial activities across multiple global entities

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations for each entity

Prepare / Review VAT returns

Prepare / Review Income Tax returns

What we are looking for:

At least 4 year of experience in the tax field

Understanding of accounting and tax law

Very good knowledge of English

Very good knowledge of Excel

Being proactive with analytical skills and good attention to details

Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
