We are looking for an exceptional Transfer Operations Associate to join our team. You will work within the Brokerage Operations function where you will perform day to day operational processes as well as implement process improvements and automations.
You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge within the brokerage space, becoming an expert in the full trade lifecycle, the teams you will have the opportunity to work with include:
Trading
Settlements
Transfers
Payments
Corporate actions
Tax
You will also have an opportunity to learn about:
Process improvements
Spreadsheets-based automations
Advanced usage of the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc)
Application of various tools and languages such as Regular Expressions, SQL, Google Sheets Apps Script, Zapier, and more
And more, while working with technical specialist and the relevant engineering teams
Become an integral member of the Brokerage Operations team taking responsibility for queries from all areas of the business and our customers.
Develop your understanding of operational processes including market and cash settlement, Corporate actions, Transfers and Tax.
Help improve the existing Brokerage Operations processes by process planning and automations you will learn.
Deal with day to day payment and settlement queries from our customers via email.
Provide end-to-end administrative support for the team.
You will have a keen interest in learning about the brokerage environment.
You will additionally have a keen interest in learning process improvement and automation methods.
You will be willing to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced working environment where you can act on and share ideas collaboratively.

We’re operating in a hybrid model: 3-days in-office / 2-days from home. We believe great collaboration happens in person and our beautiful offices in central London and Budapest are designed to bring people together.
