Develop original visual concepts using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Canva
Design assets including branding materials, website graphics, templates, and marketing collateral
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to interpret needs and present design solutions
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and high quality
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Contribute to brand refresh initiatives including updates to colors, typography, and assets

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience (10+ years preferred)
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and B2B design work
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator, and Canva
Ability to design across a variety of styles and mediums
Blend of technical expertise and creative thinking
Local to Greensboro, NC or able to commute for occasional in-person collaboration (Preferred)
