Summer 2026 Advisory Full-time Internship

Attention Accounting students!

As a student, it is important to gain real life experience in the field. At Frazier & Deeter, our interns are treated as associates on engagements so they know what to expect as they begin their career. Internships at Frazier & Deeter provide access to knowledge and resources beyond what you’ve learned in the classroom. Tax interns will learn from professionals of all levels and work on a variety of projects and engagements. Throughout the internship, interns are provided with constructive feedback to help them improve and grow professionally.

In addition, this experience provides ample networking possibilities and gives interns an opportunity to be a part of Frazier & Deeter’s dynamic culture. Each day is a little bit different as an intern, so if you value variety in your day, Frazier & Deeter is for you! Your internship may include, but will not be limited to, the following:

• Gain exposure to a variety of clients (SOC, Business Advisory, PCI, HITRUST, SOX)
• Working directly with seniors and managers on engagements in various industries
• Traveling to client sites and being an active contributor on your teams
• Working on ad-hoc projects for the department as they arise
• Building relationships with team members and Frazier & Deeter clients
• Reviewing feedback with your seniors and managers to continue to improve your work
• Networking with FD staff at firm social events

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new things
• Problem solving skills and the ability to think strategically
• Written and verbal communication skills that demonstrate professionalism
• A strong work ethic and eagerness to follow through on assignments
• The openness to giving and receiving honest feedback
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be pursuing an Accounting degree (Tax & Audit Only)
• Must be pursuing an Accounting, MIS, CIS, Finance, Computer Science, or Economics degree (Advisory Only)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites (Audit & Advisory Only)
