🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of fraud experience in a bank or fintech spanning commercial and consumer products.
- Experience building fraud programs from the ground up or evolving existing programs.
- Proficient knowledge of federal fraud rules/regulations and translating into practical requirements.
- Experience with data/tech teams to build ML and heuristic fraud signals and rules.
- Experience developing fraud KRIs and KPIs and presenting to diverse audiences.
- Experience using AI to augment and scale fraud work; strong cross-functional communication.
