Own fraud ops execution, hitting loss, ATO, FPR, and approvals targets.
Standardize governance, KPI management, and process control.
Stand up and stabilize the fraud team (supervisors, analysts, QA).
Lead rollout and hypercare of new controls, with training and post-release monitoring.
Provide operational insights to Product, Risk, and Engineering.
