- Experience leading fraud, risk, trust & safety, or investigations ops at scale.
- 3+ years direct people management; coaching and performance ownership.
- Experience with payments, risk, compliance, or financial industry ops.
- Proven ability to define and operationalize unit-level metrics (accuracy, SLAs, throughput) using data.
- Strong ops background in new process launches and service delivery at unit level.
- Excellent written/verbal comms; present updates and escalate in English.
