• Real-time claim review to detect fraud with evidence.
• Assess risk scores using internal and external data.
• Conduct fraud investigations and identify trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years fraud/abuse ops experience, ecommerce preferred
• Meet SLAs for claim reviews
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Subject matter expertise in fraud concepts and prevention
• Investigations with evidence-based determinations and risk scoring
• Located within continental United States
