  • Willingness to work non-traditional schedule (weekends/evenings/holidays).
  • 2-3 years in fraud, abuse or compliance (ecommerce, FinTech, or telecom).
  • Effective, empathetic communicator; accountable for production, quality, and user satisfaction.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action.
  • Demonstrated experience using SQL, Looker, Tableau or similar data tools.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation.
