- Lead the Bangalore Fraud Operations Center, coaching leads and senior staff.
- Own core fraud investigations and time-sensitive escalations with global partners.
- Set operating cadence, define metrics, QA, SLAs, and readiness for new products/markets.
- Stay close to day-to-day workflows; serve as escalation point for the team.
- Drive process improvements: root-cause analysis, defect reduction, policy adherence.
- Build staffing models, capacity planning, hiring, onboarding, and training.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years direct people management experience, incl. managers/team leads.
- Experience leading fraud, risk, trust & safety, or investigations ops at scale.
- Ability to partner with globally distributed stakeholders and vendors.
- Proven ability to define/operationalize metrics (SLA, throughput, loss) and drive priorities.
- Comfort across detection systems and manual/automated actioning; translate to product needs.
- Strong operational background with new process launches and service delivery.
