Investigate accounts to identify fraud vectors (merchant fraud, card testing, takeover)
Conduct investigations on merchant accounts to support partner requirements
Assess risk factors and trends of fraudulent activity
Maintain fraud detection strategies and rules balancing loss and CX
Contribute to root cause analysis to predict and mitigate risk
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual Fraud Operations reviews

Some experience in fraud analysis, investigations, or operations
Experience using data to make assessments
Team-focused mentality with effective problem solving
The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic
You have availability to work 100% in office
You’re willing to periodically work a weekend remotely with compensation via weekdays off
