- Lead a high-volume fraud investigations team (identity fraud, ATO, synthetic identities).
- Hands-on people manager with prior experience as an individual contributor fraud investigator.
- Oversee investigations involving identity fraud, account takeover, and synthetic identity.
- Based in McLean, VA with full-time in-office attendance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Trust teams.
- Serve as escalation point for executive communications, subpoenas, RFIs and sensitive matters.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in fraud investigations, trust & safety, or risk operations.
- Prior experience as an individual contributor fraud investigator handling complex digital investigations.
- 3+ years of people management (hiring, coaching, performance).
- Experience leading teams in high-volume, sophisticated digital investigations.
- Strong written and verbal communication; exec escalations, subpoenas, RFIs.
- Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative or analytical fields preferred.
