- Prior fraud/investigative experience; knowledge of ATO, Identity Theft, Money Movement Fraud.
- Ability to work closely with customers verbally to resolve fraud concerns.
- Proactively identify problems and provide outside-the-box solutions.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
