  • Handle inbound calls from Robinhood customers with active fraud alerts.
  • Investigate fraud alerts and determine fraud or no fraud using internal tools.
  • Identify emerging fraud trends through data analysis.
  • Gather information from customers to support fraud determinations.
  • Communicate next steps and set customer expectations.
  • Role based in Denver, CO or Westlake, TX with in-person attendance 3+ days/wk.

🎯 Requirements

  • Prior fraud/investigative experience; knowledge of ATO, Identity Theft, Money Movement Fraud.
  • Ability to work closely with customers verbally to resolve fraud concerns.
  • Proactively identify problems and provide outside-the-box solutions.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
