• Drive Trust & Risk roadmap and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify efficiency improvements for Trust & Risk to support the business.
• Align engineering roadmap and product strategy with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading complex, multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments; decisive under pressure.
• Experience building roadmaps and release plans with dependencies.
• Strong analytical skills; build data sets to answer key questions.
• Startup experience at a high-growth company.
• Excellent written and oral communication; influence stakeholders.
