- Review and resolve inbound/outbound fraud contacts across the platform.
- Collaborate with Fraud & Risk team to manage fraud cases.
- Perform customer identity verification and document checks.
- Assist in identifying and escalating suspicious activity.
- Conduct account due diligence to mitigate loss.
- Support resolution of chargebacks and player disputes as needed.
π― Requirements
- 1+ year fraud experience in DFS or online gaming.
- Experience with help desk software (Zendesk, Oracle) preferred.
- Experience with payment processors (Braintree, PayPal) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of online gaming fraud schemes and prevention strategies.
- Basic analytical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Passion for sports/gaming industry a plus.
