πŸ“‹ Description

  • Review and resolve inbound/outbound fraud contacts across the platform.
  • Collaborate with Fraud & Risk team to manage fraud cases.
  • Perform customer identity verification and document checks.
  • Assist in identifying and escalating suspicious activity.
  • Conduct account due diligence to mitigate loss.
  • Support resolution of chargebacks and player disputes as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ year fraud experience in DFS or online gaming.
  • Experience with help desk software (Zendesk, Oracle) preferred.
  • Experience with payment processors (Braintree, PayPal) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of online gaming fraud schemes and prevention strategies.
  • Basic analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • Passion for sports/gaming industry a plus.
