- Review and resolve inbound/outbound customer fraud contacts across the platform.
- Provide fraud support via email and phone to resolve fraud-related contacts.
- Conduct identity verification and document authentication.
- Assist in reviews of reporting to identify and escalate suspicious activity.
- Perform account due diligence to mitigate loss.
- Assist with chargebacks and player disputes as needed.
π― Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of fraud experience in Daily Fantasy Sports or related online gaming.
- Experience with help desk software (ZenDesk, Oracle etc.) preferred.
- Experience with payment processors (Braintree, PayPal) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of online gaming fraud schemes and prevention strategies.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends.
