- Review and resolve inbound/outbound fraud contacts across the platform.
- Must pass licensing per state gaming/regulatory bodies.
- Reports to Fraud and Risk Support Supervisor; may perform other duties.
- Collaborate via email and phone to resolve fraud-related customer contacts.
- Identity verification and document authentication; assist in reviews of suspicious activity.
- Assist in the resolution of chargebacks and player disputes; support fraud KPIs.
π― Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of fraud experience in DFS or online gaming.
- Experience with help desk software such as Zendesk or Oracle.
- Experience with payment processors such as Braintree or PayPal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of online gaming fraud schemes and prevention.
- Availability to work flexible hours that include weekends.
