- Review inbound/outbound customer fraud contacts across the platform
- Collaborate with Fraud & Risk team; report to Supervisor
- Licensing required by state gaming regulators; maintain licensure
- May perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
- Daytime shift; weekend availability may be required
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year fraud experience in DFS or online gaming
- Help desk software experience (Zendesk, Oracle)
- Experience with payment processors (Braintree, PayPal)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of online gaming fraud schemes and prevention
- Basic analytical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for sports and/or gaming industry is a plus
