- Minimum 1 year fraud experience in DFS or related online gaming.
- Experience with help desk software (Zendesk, Oracle) preferred.
- Experience with payment processors (Braintree, PayPal) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of online gaming fraud schemes and prevention strategies.
- Basic analytical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Passion for sports or gaming is a plus.
