📋 Description

• Conduct covert and desktop fraud investigations.
• Develop proactive strategies to identify and prevent fraud.
• Engage with police and law enforcement for field investigations.
• Collaborate with legal team on law enforcement interactions.
• Support closure of fraud cases and DS R suspensions; liaise with sales.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Certification in fraud discipline (e.g., CFE).
• Data analysis skills to identify fraud indicators.
• Understanding of criminal justice systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and law enforcement.
• Ability to work independently in rural field environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; strong written/verbal communication.
