Make decisions on account suspensions based on evidence and guidelines
Identify third-party platforms reselling our services and draft takedown requests
Document investigation methodologies and flag patterns for automated detection
Contribute to workflows to identify previously unknown fraud patterns

🎯 Requirements

Experience in trust & safety, fraud investigation, or abuse operations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Comfort with data analytics, including experience with SQL or other data querying tools
Experience working with data warehouses like Redshift, ClickHouse, or Snowflake
Ability to make sound judgments with incomplete information
Nice to Have: Familiarity with generative AI products
