• Verify franchise compliance with minimum standards and agreement provisions.
• Share best practices to improve franchise operations and consistency.
• Maintain and evolve standards-related docs and processes.
• Oversee required compliance documentation from the franchise network.
• Travel occasionally for company events or office visits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an Associate degree.
• 2+ years of business experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Google Workspace experience preferred.
• Ability to influence and coach stakeholders; deliver difficult feedback.
• Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment and decision making.
• Ability to manage projects end to end and improve processes.
