📋 Description

• Sign up franchise retail stores, petrol stations, and bakeries.
• First contact for partners; cold acquisition via visits, calls, and emails.
• Train partners to use the app and advise on food waste solutions.
• Research market to identify decision-makers and generate interest.
• Collaborate with team to craft creative partner outreach.
• Seek ambassadors among partners to spread the mission.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience pitching and closing opportunities by phone or in person.
• Cold-calling and face-to-face meetings experience beneficial.
• First-class communication: listening, presenting, persuading.
• Resilience and motivation to hit targets with high volumes.
• Fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2).
• Experience managing your own sales pipeline and prioritising prospects.
• A drive to contribute to the mission and team success.
