Franchise Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own and manage strategic franchise initiatives with associations.
• Develop partner programs, playbooks, and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, revops, CS.
• Oversee franchise data, assets, and GTM content.
• Coordinate events and tradeshows to drive opportunities.
• Travel as needed to manage the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent
• 2+ years in marketing, sales, biz dev, or strategic partnerships
• Familiarity with franchise systems
• Strong project management and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of sales methodologies; HCM/payroll is a plus
