Fractional Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees across states.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll in compliance with laws.
• Maintain Paylocity records; reconcile to the general ledger.
• Prepare payroll tax deposits and filings.
• Support payroll inquiries and year-end reporting (W-2).
• Collaborate with People and other departments to ensure smooth payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Experience with benefits processing (health, 401K).
• Remote working experience.
• Proficient in Paylocity and NetSuite ERP.
