🎯 Requirements
- Graduate degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, MBA, or related field.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- ICF PCC credential required.
- Certifications in leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, DISC, EQ-i, 360) a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in professional coaching, focused on executive/leadership coaching.
- Experience coaching in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
- Experience integrating data/tools (surveys, 360 feedback, OKR) into coaching.
- Coverage for EU and UK time zones.
- Time commitment: 5 or fewer hours per week; no US time zones.
