FP&A Systems Lead

📋 Description

• Support implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Abacum for Finance planning, reporting, forecasting.
• Integrate data from NetSuite, Snowflake, HRIS, CRM, and billing into Abacum.
• Build dashboards and planning templates in Abacum for Finance and cross-functional teams.
• Lead intake, coordination, and execution of multiple cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to align data definitions and reporting across systems.
• Support rollout of Abacum spaces and dashboards for business partners, ensuring accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of FP&A, Finance Systems, or related roles within a SaaS or technology company
• Hands-on FP&A tools experience (Abacum preferred; Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive)
• Familiarity with ERP (Intacct/NetSuite) and data warehouses (Snowflake)
• Basic understanding of integrations, data flows, and planning processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
