Lead and consolidate Opex planning for the R&D org, including annual budget and rolling forecasts.
Support headcount planning and allocation across activities.
Analyze Opex vs plan/forecast; explain variances and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Analyze large datasets to identify drivers and provide exec summaries.
Collaborate with R&D and global Finance to align spending, priorities, and resources.
Monitor and approve PO/PR; monthly review of expenses and accruals.
