🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering with financial emphasis
5–7 years FP&A experience
Hardware, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain FP&A experience
Familiarity with COGS/Inventory accounting and R&D capitalization/SaaS metrics
Expert-level Excel skills (nested logic, Power Query)
GAAP/IFRS knowledge and financial statements
