🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, business or economics; CPA/CA/MBA a plus.
- FP&A experience with strong analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills.
- Track record supporting multi-country APAC/Japan regional business.
- Strong knowledge of planning software: Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Pigment, Google Suite.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; synthesize complex data into insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
