- Lead monthly and quarterly ARR and revenue forecasts across Enterprise and Self-Service.
- Build and maintain driver-based ARR and revenue models (pipeline, pricing, usage, expansion).
- Partner with RevOps and Data teams to automate CRM data pipelines.
- Translate leading indicators into forward-looking insights.
- Provide scenario modeling for pricing changes and expansion strategies.
- Monitor retention, expansion and cohort trends.
🎯 Requirements
- Direct experience implementing AI tooling and scalable FP&A systems to automate forecasting
- Advanced financial modeling skills and judgement on build vs automate
- Direct experience supporting sales and marketing
- Fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback)
- Executive communication skills to present insights clearly
- 5-7 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience
- Experience in Series C+ high-growth environments
