FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a financial model for Addi's banking/CF ops.
• Lead selection, implementation, and integration of a modern FP&A platform.
• Customize and optimize our ERP system for reporting, automation, and insights.
• Build strategic partnerships with leaders; FP&A as trusted advisor.
• Define OKRs and KPIs; partner with Data for real-time KPI tracking.
• Identify gaps and drive strategic investments; central unit economics.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in high-performing finance roles with FP&A focus.
• Experience in high-growth environments; startups and large firms.
• Senior finance/strategy partner; translate strategy into plans and metrics.
• Deep knowledge of underwriting and lending dynamics.
• Strong unit economics, ROE/returns, loss forecasting; link to P&L.
• Technical financial modeling for institutions; Colombian regulatory needs.
• Ability to translate regulatory frameworks into practical planning tools.
• Excellent analytical mindset and people leadership.
