FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Work with the Director of FP&A to support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partner with senior leaders to understand stakeholder requirements to run the business
• Serve as the dedicated partner for General & Administrative (G&A) teams
• Manage critical corporate financial areas, including People and Facilities, cash flow analysis, and Benefits modeling
• Lead scenario planning through headcount management and expense planning
• Develop and drive cross-functional initiatives from start to finish

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years FP&A experience in a high growth environment, preferably technology or healthcare
• Adaptive Planning / Adaptive Insights and NetSuite experience; Adaptive Planning/OfficeConnect is mandatory as the main Adaptive Admin
• Strong knowledge of Financial statements (IS, BS, CF)
• Excellent detail orientation and analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong AI skills, including leveraging generative AI tools (Gemini in Google Sheets) to automate complex financial analysis and board reporting
• Expert MS Excel / Google Sheets skills with financial modeling
