Own and improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Develop integrated financial models linking drivers to outcomes.
Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategy and capital decisions.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for execs and Board.
Design, build, and modernize FP&A deliverables (models, dashboards, KPIs, reports).
Act as a finance business partner to operations, development, and corporate teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
Strong Excel skills with financial modeling, data analysis, and automation.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for impactful presentations.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex financial information.
Familiarity with NetSuite or other financial systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments with strong communication.
