Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering for financial planning and alignment.
Lead financial reviews with senior leadership, highlighting cost variances and trends.
Collaborate with Program Finance and Operations to ensure factory financial accuracy.
Advance process improvements in factory finance operations, cost management, and spend analytics.
Design and scale dashboards for inventory health and material cost performance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; 8+ years FP&A/Accounting/BI experience.
Proficient in Excel
Financial reporting skills
ERP/EPM experience, relational databases, and basic SQL
Experience in corporate startup FP&A (nice-to-have)
Familiarity with dashboarding tools (Tableau preferred)
